Vorboss has been recognised for its commitment to talent and inclusion at the 2024 ITP Awards.

Vorboss was named the diversity, equity & inclusion champion, and Vorboss field technician Tilly Frost was named apprentice of the year in the advanced category.

The awards reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering an inclusive and diverse workplace within the telecoms industry.

Rikshita Khela, chief people officer at Vorboss, said: “We’re so proud of Tilly – she’s worked incredibly hard, and deserves to be recognised. Our thanks to the ITP for their continued support of apprenticeships. The telecom industry needs a more inclusive approach if it’s going to benefit from the talent that’s out there, and apprenticeships – when run well – are a big part of that. Inclusion has been core to Vorboss from the beginning – we want to set new standards that will benefit the whole telecom industry.”
